The Rise of Promotional Banks in Contemporary Europe: Potentials and Pitfalls

The idea behind the workshop is to initiate a collective reflection on the evolution and changing role of national development banks in the European political economy. As a starting point, the objective is to encourage discussion rather than debating papers per se. There will be about 12 participants, who all have plenty to contribute in the discussion.
