Webinar, Thursday, 18 March, 16:00-18:00 (CET)

Keynote Speech by Delphine O, French Ambassador & Secretary General of the Generation Equality Forum 2021

Women Health Climate, the Jean-Jaurès Foundation and the Foundation for European progressive studies (FEPS) joined forces in the framework of this CSW65 parallel event to focus on the major impacts of climate change on women and girls and how climate justice can empower women and girls towards the realization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Agenda.

Women Health Climate has annually released a white paper demonstrating the greater impact of climate change on women and girls and the solutions offered by civil society, start-ups, NGOs, etc. The panellists focused on several aspects: climate change and climate justice, professional equality, sexual and reproductive rights, innovation tools to include the youth.
