The Future of the Visegrad Group

The Visegrad Group (V4) has lately been in the European spot- light. This once peripheral, regional alliance suddenly proved capable of single-cause impromptu mobilisation within the EU-framework. In times of the European “polycrisis”, when the EU community is facing a profound lack of consent which principles it should follow, we want to examine how sustainable is this alliance and how can it affect the European Union. What future scenario for the V4 we would wish for?
