As the only progressive political foundation at European level, the work of FEPS beyond European borders is dedicated to enhancing global solidarities and providing progressive solutions for the international issues of today and tomorrow.
Our international programmes, projects, and activities cover the world's major regions, from Africa to the the Western Balkans and Europe’s eastern neighbourhood, and from the United States to the Middle East and Asia, encompassing cutting-edge research on the most critical issues of relevance to Europe and the world, including foreign and security policy, migration, global governance and international trade.
At a critical time for the European Union, the overall objective of this work is to promote a theoretically-informed and evidence-based debate on the policy pathways through which Europe can shape its engagement with the world towards a more progressive direction.
